1. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances. Missed meetings without 24 hour cancellation will be charged at full price.

  2. Guarantees

    Company does not make any guarantees as to the results, including financial or other personal gains, of Client’s use of the Product. Client agrees to take responsibility for Client’s own results with regard to using the Product.

  3. Release & Reasonable Expectations
    Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Company’s business and has a reasonable expectation that Company’s Product will produce different outcomes and results for each Client. Client understands and agrees that: Every client and final result using the Product is different.

  4. Confidentiality

    The Parties acknowledge that the existence and the terms of this Agreement and any oral or written information exchanged between the Parties in connection with the preparation and performance this Agreement are regarded as confidential information. Each Party shall maintain confidentiality of all such confidential information, and without obtaining the written consent of the other Party, it shall not disclose any relevant confidential information to any third parties. Disclosure of any confidential information by any Party shall be deemed disclosure of such confidential information by such Party, which Party shall be held liable for breach of this Agreement. This Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
